I've just got a fresh delivery of Pump and Cuts, and would really appreciate you help on deciding how to time them if I exercise early in the morning.
With my current routine, taking Cuts first thing in the morning (5:30am) means that I have a small breakfast at 6am, and then take Pump at 6:30 to hit the gym at 7. I was wondering if it is okay to take these two supplements in such a quick succession? Do these clash in any way? Isn't that too many substances to absorb at once, and how does it affect Pump's efficiency since it has to be taken on an empty stomach?
Furthermore, I work very long hours so my routine is split in a way that cardio session takes place at 6pm so I can energize myself for the rest of the working day ahead.
Shall I take Pump at 6:30am, then take the first packet of Cuts prior to lunch, and then take the 2nd packet of Cuts prior to my cardio session?
