Earlier this year I did a 12 week meet prep, 10 weeks of benching 6x/squatting 4x/deadlifting 2x a week, followed by slightly lower frequency during the last 2.
Just curious about some opinions out there on this? My % back then were based on 475/300/560, finished meet with 515/315/600. As we get stronger and our numbers increase can we continue to use this type of frequency without issues?
Do/have any of you done similar programming with or without success?
