I'm not sure my journey is worth a thread, or anyones time. But I need a little help. I've always done things completely on my own. No trainer or anything Just what I can find and read. I've come kinda far, having been over 300lbs at my heaviest, body fat through the roof, no muscle, and couldn't jog a mile. Now I'm 240lbs, no idea on body fat, and in better shape than most high schoolers I work with.
Last time I had a goal was when i joined the Navy. I wanted/needed to be 200lbs, and did it in a few months. Now I have no specific goal. I'm just trying to get bigger, and loose the loose soft stuff around my midsection. That seems to be the hardest thing for me. The midsection will NOT go away this time.
I have no program to follow or anything. So I just kinda wing it. Hit every muscle, different angles. Try to do enough cardio. Nutrition is good I think. Eggs, oatmeal, chicken, rice, veggies, Animal Whey. That good stuff.
