Still kickin! My meds still mess me up, but not nesrlu as bad. I'm hitting the gym as often I can find ways there. I'm thinking anout getting a bike. I don't know how smart that would be. But it would be a ton of cardio. So maybe! Its almost 6 miles to the gym.
Still doing the full body routine. I want to go back to split. But I don't think, adcanced?, enough for it. If that makes sense. Plus not knkwing when I can go full body is probably better.
I really need to up my calories. I thought I was doing good but I haven't gained a pound in over a month. So I uppped them again. We'll see how that goes. Might need more. Especially if I start ridding a bike to the gym.
Other than that not much up date.
One thing! I messaged Animal on instagram. My girlfriend ordered menthe OD Green Limited Edition Animal Shirt. We accidently got two in the mail. I tried to pay for the second one but they wouldn't let me.
I don't deserve or earn a free shirt so since I couldn't pay them I donated $50 to Wounded Warrior.
I'm not trying yo put my bussiness out there, or brag, I was just hoping one of them would see and know I'm not just taking stuff.
