Any advice/pointers on the above.
I have 2 kids (2.5yo and 5mth old). Barely have hit the hit gym the second boy came along.
I used to hit the gym about 6:30am before work so I can do all the family stuff and normal office work. I work about 40 hrs mon-fri (50+ sometimes), intense work environment. Aiming to make partner in my firm in 2 years ish.
I'm exhausted all the time now and mornings aren't an option as first kid is now going to preschool so I'm needed in the morning. Weekends is mostly playing with the kids and chores. I'm up at 6 or 7am everyday of the week.
Is it a case of patience and go back later? Taking some time off isn't awful, try do abit or go at midnight antics?
Fwiw I've lost weight so it's not that I'm getting fat.

My question is mostly for others to share challenges they faced.
