8/24, bench - shoulders hate me, so did some pin presses. Maybe not the ideal thing 14 days out from a national meet, but it’s what I can do right now. Did my wenning warmups and some light sets of regular bench, then 225/245/265/285/305/315/325/335/345/355/365x1. Bar was set 2-3” inches off the chest.
That last one was a biggie for me - been trying to get to 365 for-fucking-ever. We’ll see how it translates to a meet, but getting this here was a sorta big deal for me. Had no intention of even trying it until I smoked 355.
Then chin-ups, 3x12, SS with CG incline on the smith - 205x6x3. Pretty I did 185 for 5 on these 2 weeks ago...
Seated cable row, 140x12x3, SS with cable tris, 140x20x3.
