6/14, smith shoulder press, worked up to 205x5x3. SS with lat pulls, started at 100 added 20 per set up to 220. Early sets were 15 reps, last few were 12.
Close grip bench to foam roller, 225x20, 245x13. SS with trx rows x15.
Then did a couple more sets trx rows and zottman curls and called it a morning.
