9/10, SSB squat...300/340/370/400/430x3, 450x2. Goal was to get the 4 plates for a triple(430), but that moved well enough that I took another set at 450. Considered trying a third rep, but trying to stay away from the horrible grinders. Considering my best squat in my last meet was 441, I’ll gladly take it.
Followed up with 4 sets of calves, SS with 2 sets each of reverse hypers and GHR. Doesn’t look like much “on paper”, but enough to light my fat old ass up. Pretty good day under the bar, all in all...
