bench to 3 board...315/325/335/345/355x1, 365xfail. Was hoping to match the 365 that I got 2 weeks ago to the 4 board, but the 3 seems to be right at my sticking point...FML
Dips, +75x8x3. SS with pit shark rows, did sets of 8 with 2 second hold at the top of each rep. One set of 2 plates, last two with 25s on top of that.
Bent DB raise, 35x10, 30x15x3. SS with banded inverted rows...empty bar hanging in a rack, laying on the floor and pulling it to the chest for 2 seconds. Sets of 8 here as well.
Cable tris/bis...used the rope handle here, did the tris overhead on an incline bench. 120/100/80/80 for sets of 12. Added a couple sets of cable flys on a flat bench, which I’d actually never done before...these were actually pretty sweet.
