Trap bar deadlifts, 475x6x3. Pretty pumped with these - I could’ve hit a couple more reps of each set, but was trying to keep the RPE in a reasonable range. Next dead session will be 475xAMRAP, and I’ll be trying to match a PR of 10.
Belt squat, 3 plates x12, then added a 25 to each side for x10x2. Used a wide stance here, and superset with GHR x10/8/8.
That was it...lots of work lately and little sleep, so got in the main shit and got outta there.
