5/7, went in to do some heavy belt squats for ME day since I fried my lower back doing yard work, but lo and behold, between last evening and today, someone fuckin broke the $3k pit shark. Assholes everywhere, I swear...and of course all 3 squat racks, leg press and hack squat were all in use! So...I went with my old ghetto rigged belt squat setup with the cable stack for 3x10 with the stack maxed out. Wasn’t very hard, but it was whatever. Kinda out of my control at that point.
