12/12, light upper day...superset some hammer strength shoulder presses and parallel lat pulls. Presses were 25x20/50x20/75x12/10. Not sure why those felt so damned heavy today. Lat pulls started at 100, added 20 lb per set, topped out at 180x12.
Then 4 sets Swiss bar presses with a plate on each side - 15 reps on each, alternating between wide and middle grips. SS these with CS rows...started with just a plate for 20, then added 10 lb per set, with last 3 sets all at 15 reps.
Tossed in a couple sets of zottman curls and ran up outta there...only had about 45 min to work with
