7/7, squats...these didn’t go so hot, either. Did the Anderson squat thing again, one notch down from 2 weeks ago...got 415/465, but couldn’t move 505.
Then a few sets of SSB squats with doubled bands. 135 bar weight x8, 185x5x2 - also made these sets paused reps.
Like with bench the day before, packed it in after the squats.
7/9, DB press GVT, 4 sets with 90s, 2 with 85s, 4 with 80s
Back circuit - parallel lat pulls, seated cable row, cable pulldown x3 each
3 sets each of seated lateral raise and barbell curls
