Hey guys, long story short I'm around 147 right now am dropping to 132 for a meet in November. So in about 10 weeks there's a meet and I plan on going single ply at 132 but have never used gear before. I have access to some though. I am looking for advice on how to train for those 10 weeks in the gear that is available to become as accustomed to it as possible while still properly peaking for the meet. If my question is confusing let me know il try to clarify.
