I get up everyday at 8:00 am, and I don't exercise until 11:00 pm at night coz of my work status. So what time exactly can I take my Pak, morning after breakfast or 30mins after my pre-workout meal? .. I heard some folks saying it can be taken with your post workout meal, too. I'm very confused since the instructions are not that determined on the pack "breakfast or any meal" .. any help ?? thanks in advance.
