Hello
I just got started in powerlifting, so i wanna hear you guys about some help to what im doing now.
After i got some advice from some powerlifters in the gym, i have decided to do following:
Diet: eating 3 times a day, high in protein.
Workout: A Squat, bench, deadlift, Military press
B Squat,Bench,deadlift, Curl, Extentions tricep.
