What's up Animals. Quick question...I'm pretty sure I tore my labrum in my shoulder again this morning doing pullovers of all things. I've torn it before and have had arthroscopic on it but never regained full ROM since. No big deal as I just grind it out and roll with it. But due to lack of ROM, I have to be careful on shit like pullovers not to let the weight go back too far especially if my elbows are out too far because then I lose all strength in that shoulder. I should've dropped the fucking weight but I held on like an idiot and I heard and felt it tearing I'm pretty damn sure. I finished the workout including deads etc, since I wouldn't feel it then anyway. But now I'm fucked and I know it. Wife even had to help get my hoodie off. I'm just worried it could be rotator cuff as well.
Anyway, anyone have any ideas how I can work through it? I'm not going under the knife again fuck that. I'm not ever going to compete, etc. I do this shit for the love of it and the discipline it takes over one's self. I know I can't go heavy on presses for a bit. Just seeing if anyone else has any experiences and some work arounds to still get a pump while laying off the heavy shit while it tries to heal a little bit anyway.
