Whats up fellas!
I was wondering if I could get some suggestions/ critiques on how to be more effective at leaning out. Currently I am 5'11, 205 at 15% body fat. A year ago I was at 230 20% body fat and am just looking to keep making progress since I have been stuck at 15% for a few months now.
Current Diet 190g of Protein, 95g of Carbs and 84g of Fat.
I train 6 days per week each day comprised of a main strength movement follow by accessory movements in a circuit fashion. Also I wrap up with at least 15-30 mins of cardio each session.
