My main focus is to gain aesthic muscle mass on this program. I was wondering if this seems like a balanced program to you guys. I workout at home
Push:
Dips 6-8x4
Floor press 8-10x4
Flies 10-12x4
Dumbbell press 6-8x4
Lat raise 10-12x4
Pull:
Hammer grip pull ups 6-8x4
Barbell row 8-10x4
Kroc row 10-12x4
Face pulls 15x4
Hammer curls 12x4
Legs:
Snatch grip deadlift 5x4
Lunges 8-10x4
Split squat 8-10x4
Weighted sit ups 12x4
Leg raise 15x4
I'm going from sports training (i did bill stars 5x5) to body building now I guess, but I want to get brutally strong in chin-ups and dips. Each rep will be in a controlled tempo and I'm finally gonna try to feel the pump. I respect every athlete here (Rex, you're my idol and have been my idol since I saw your intro on you tube. I've been waiting to end sports and start bodybuilding because of you) so what are your guys opinions on this routine? I also don't know if your allowed to talk about "help" on here
