So, the other day my kneecap decided to take a quick excursion to the outside of my leg, so it's gonna be a bit until I can train legs again. In the meantime, I need to put together bro split with the main goal of getting stronger on bench. I've been doing 2 upper and 2 lower days a week, training chest/back heavy 1 day, then light chest/back and arms on the other. I just went today and did chest/tris only, with a couple sets of shoulder presses in there as well. I was thinking maybe a back day afterwards, then a rest day followed by arms/shoulders?
I feel like this shouldn't be hard to figure out, but I've never not trained legs, and now would like to spend the time I'm not doing them optimizing some upper body gains.
