      Suggestions please!

Please give me suggestions on what I should change or let me know if im doing everything right.

I wake up at 6:00 AM (PST). Since I workout in the morning around 6:30 AM (PST), I'm taking PUMP and CUTS (always taking a red pill out) 30 minutes prior to my workout with a really light meal. I workout intensely for 2 hours maybe 4 hours. Around 10:00 AM (PST) I take my second pack of CUTS. As soon as I get to my house I Immediately make myself a protien shake (as breakfast), with that protien shake I'm consuming PAK and OMEGA. I eat lunch around 2:00 PM (PST). Around 5:00 PM (PST) I eat dinner. I drink another protein shake later at night, while driking that shake I'm consuming FLEX around 10:00 PM (PST) (before bed). At 10:30 PM (PST) is when I usually go to bed.

      Supplements Im consuming daily.
      PUMP (1 pack)
      PAK (1 pack)
      OMEGA (1 pack)
      CUTS (2 packs)
      FLEX (1 Pack)
      ANIMAL WHEY (2 scoops)

      First shake
      Mau Garcia
      "MY" Shake (As Breakfast)
      1 scoop of ANIMAL WHEY
      1 Apple
      5 Strawberries
      1 Banna
      6 OZ. of water
      8 Ice cubes

      Second shake

      Anabolic Nightcap Shake
      1 scoop of ANIMAL WHEY
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

My only concern is you are training 2-4 hours intensely 5x per week? I would say that is a bit overkill. 2 hours max. I would personally do 1-1.5 hours. Esp if it is intense.

What about your meals? If you training 2-4 hours a day you def need to getting some good meals in. 4 hrs is a long workout. You got Chris on here so you def have some great ears on the thread! just remember if your nutrition is not on point, those 2-4 hrs could be just a waste of time... Nutrition is key and recuperation.

NO ONE trains intensely for 4 hours. I consider myself an intense trainer but after 90 minutes of hard work even my intensity drops quite a bit.

Absolutely. I think you´re missing the boat here. Your supplement routine sure is an important add on but what really determines your success is your diet.

Agree! 4 hours of intense training just for one day would take me 5 days to recover.

Yes agree and of course balancing with recovery with training. 4 hours per day I think you would have to have an abnormally high recovery rate. Wolverine maybe?

What I mean is that no one has the stamina or mental capacity to train 4 hours with high intensity.

I´m wondering what one is even doing for 4 hours. Let´s say you´re doing chest. 4 hours equals out to 240 minutes. A set takes a minute tops. You might be resting for a minute in between. So, 100-120 sets per workout? How many exercises is that?

      This
are you training at an RPE of 5 the entire workout!?
      What is your intensity like!?
If you are going hours on your workout you should do a mirror check on how hard you truly train and what intensity techniques you could use to make your workout more challenging. (rest pause, cluster, drop sets, accumulation sets, forced negatives, and lots of partials.)

after an hour my body feels like It got hit by a truck.

I honestly don't know what I would do with myself if I was in the gym for 4 hours. My gym time varies from 50 minutes to a hour and a half. ( not counting my cardio) It is all about hitting what needs to be hit and getting on with the day while being proud of what you did. Of course we have our off days or the days where the weight just feels fucking heavy but that's why we come back the next day and keep on moving. You have some great minds and hard workers on this thread...listen to them, pick their brain, and I promise you will see results.

I agree. 90 minutes is the absolute limit. After that you´re basically just doing cardio with weights.

All of you know, I LOVE training more than life itself. But to be honest, I´d dread going to the gym if I knew I had to spend 4 hours there in one shot. It would start feeling like working a laborous job and I´d probably lose my passion.

4 hours is absurd, 6:30-10:30am and only consuming a "light meal" before hand. i'm dying just thinking about it

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

As long as what you're doing is producing positive results why question the method? TRAIN.EAT.REST.GROW! The amount of each is pretty much an individual thing, it also varies based on how genetically gifted you are or aren't. Oh yes and lets not forget "Mother's little helpers" they can have a profound effect on things as well. I can only speak from my own experiences. My magic pill was desiccated liver. Back then I was convinced that those shitty looking pills were all I needed to fuel my 4 hour workouts.
