Shoulder day: I knew I had to make the best of this one and get in and get out. Thursdays is always my day with my oldest son during the week so it was a quick but to the point.
DB press: 65X15, 75X12, 85X10, 100X8, 105X6 ( had not gone this heavy on DB in a while felt good)
Side raise: 35X12, 45X10, 50X10
Superset
Bent rear raise: 35X10, 45X10, 50X10
Bar Shoulder press: 135X15, 185X10, 205X8 drop set to 135X10
DB Front raise: 30X12, 35X10, 45X10
I had ran out of time at this point so I called it here. Was a good workout, had a good pump and sweat rolling. Will hit more next week. Gonna add in traps with back this week.
