Another awesome arm workout. I cut down the sets today and tried to really focus on the movement. Awesome pump through out the whole workout.
Cambered Bar Curls: 25sX15, 35sX12, 45sX10, 45sX10 ( these are lbs per side)
Superset
V Bar press down: 4 sets of 10-12 wasn't keeping track of weights
DB Curls: 40X12, 50X10, 50X10, 50X10
Superset
KettleBell Overhead 1 arm press: 35X12, 40X10, 45X10, 45X10 ( I really like the KBs, I can position myself better for full rang of motion with these)
1 arm back hyper ext curls: 35X12, 40X10, 40X10
Superset:
Seated machine press down: stack X failure, Stack X failure, Stack X failure
DB hammers: 50X12, 50X12, 50X12
Superset
Rope pressdown: 85X12, 85X10, 85X10
All done at this point, arms were pumped and began to just roll through the movements. Had to meet the family at 5 for dinner so I was good with the progress....
weight bumped up today to 221, feel a bit watery but that is ok. I don't mind, I normally see a spike like this before I flush out back down a few pounds.
