Another successful leg day, but my knees are starting to get the best of me. I think its about time for a ease for my tendon sake. The day after comfort is just not there anymore and my knees are killing me... Oh well the joys of tendonitis...
Squats: baarX10, 135X10, 225X10, 315X1, 365X1, 405X3, 405X3, 415X3 ( all sets after 315 done in wraps)
Front Squat: 225X6, 275X4, 315X3
Reverse Machine squat: 225X10, 315X10 ( slow and hard squeeze at top)
Lying leg curls: 170X3, 170X3, 170X3
At the end I was just give out. Knees took so much of a beating I was ready to head on out...
