I haz question, if you dont mind.
When i do biceps/triceps on the machine before going to the free weights , my left forearm on the outside starts to sting, and hurting...right where the bone is...weight isnt to crazy ( About 25/30lbs or so ) is this normal ? do i need to warm up with less weight ?....after a while it starts to hurt like a motherfucker...but the weight is so low i cant believe that causes the problem...i tried solving this with wristwraps..but nope.
any help would be much appreciated
