I recently just got back to training after a neck and shoulder issue. My left rear delt is weak as hell and I have to rebuild. Today I did bent over low pulley cable flyes for my rear delts. What's the best position for the pulley to hit the rear delts? In line with my shoulders? In front of me some? Behind? Any tips? My left shoulder is horribly weak right now. Probably 50% of what it was 6 weeks ago.
And before anyone asks, I have no idea what the injury was. I had an x-ray of my neck since that's where my worst pain was, but it just showed some arthritis. I see an ortho guy in a couple weeks and hope to get an MRI. Pain has cooled off and I'm trying to rehab myself slowly right now. Pain was from left neck, straight down left side of my back and from my left neck to my left shoulder and a bit of left tricepts too. Pain free now, just horribly weak in left shoulder, left lat but only on rows. Pulldowns are strong ... weird.
