Iīve got 7 daily meals.
4 are meat and 3 are eggwhite based.
The meat meals have rice (100g worth of carbs each).
The others are 700g of eggwhites with 1x 150g (breakfast) and 2x 300g (post workouts) of carbs from gluten free pancake mix.
