To me felt good to drop some weight after powerlifting. Was also good for aesthetics, relative strength and stuff like dips and pull ups.

Leg press: 10 sets of 10, pyramid
Seated press: 155 pounds 5x10

Was training with some of my powerlifting buddies and hitting sumo deadlifts. Top set was tripple bodyweight for a set of 5 - felt nice. They urged me to compete in the 83kg weight class but for the foreseeable future I'd like to focus on health, fun and looking good.
