Here we have a lot of wild boars. Some even consider them to be a pest because they cause a lot of damage to the farmers but from a hunting perspective it makes things way more attractive.
Last week's training was bad, had gastroenteritis and felt like death after losing 12 pounds in two days from dehydration.
This week was a lot better:
Legs:
Squats: worked up in tripples to a beautiful 485 pounds for 3 reps
backoff sets: 440 pounds for 10 tripples
Front squats: 315 pounds: 6x6
Leg curls SS ab wheel
Upper body:
Close Grip bench: 320 pounds: 5x5 paused, strict, easy
Incline bench: 275 pounds for 4 sets of 8
DB shoulders: 4x8-12 with 80 pounds
curls SS pushdowns SS lateral raises
Have been eating up a bit. No point in weighing 195 pounds and competing at 205 XD.
