Hey Animals, I am 18 years old and have been training for about 4 years for football. But now that that is over, I am really getting into it more than I have been in the past.
My goals are to lower my body fat and to get some serious muscle mass put on. I am currently doing low carb to get my fat down. I am at 226.6 pounds at around 24% body fat. I haven't maxed on any lifts lately but I will try to get some PR's uploaded soon.
If anyone has any tips, motivation, or anything that will help, please chip in. If anyone has any questions about me, feel free to ask. Also, please post about some god routines to follow, because right now, I am going to the gym without a specific routine or split.
