Zack "Pitbull" Ruhl bench presses 500 lbs in the Cage
What's your fuckin excuse to not train?
This got me so fuckin HYPED after my event...what an inspiration! And he did each attempt in less than 2 mins, maybe?
I know there is a lot of CrossFit jokes out there, but this guy also competed in the CrossFit contest that day before. THEN did this insane shit in the Cage.
Daaaaang look at the higa dropping all the bomb vids in here! Was cool to get to see you reppin out that atlas stone yesterday - I thought the cage was about to come down when you hopped up on that bitch.

There's never one! Fwiw, my ass got up at 5:45 Saturday morning after being up till 2 on Friday, drove the 100 miles to Columbus, helped out at the booth all day, walked north to the parking garage I was in, smashed a snack and grabbed my gym bag, walked back past the convention center to the ABC(shoulda planned that out better...), then pulled some reverse band deads downstairs until I popped a bunch of blood vessels in my face. Then there was the walk back to the garage and drive to the hotel...and that about mirrors every damn day for me.
From the first time I went to the Arnold in 2014 and saw the cage, it's been a dream of mine to get to the level of being invited to lift in the cage someday. It might not ever happen, but the only way it's gonna ever be possible is to put all the other shit aside to get those lifts in! I'm already looking forward to witnessing the carnage next year...
Ah damn it..... I did bet and you did climb it so a bet is a bet. You want a video or in person next year in the cage?

Me and MASS were like little kids waiting for him to arrive.
Unfortunately, this messed up James Strickland's attempt at a 630 lbs bench press in The Cage...
Cage was a blast this year but you were missed again Enforcer! Hope you are good brotha!
