As far as supplements go, Animal cuts is a good start, along with Omega.
Fwiw, I tried fuckin with a bottle of cuts to try and lose some weight without making any changes to my diet, and it didn't do shit. So...yea...get the diet on point first! I'd also say that if you're in a position to have 10% worth of fat to lose, most of that should be achievable without supps.

Without a doubt, nutrition and training will always take place before supps. I used to have clients who would take every fat burner known to man, but they wouldn't see any changes due to their nutrition being shit.

Agreed, supps are just that...something to add to the diet...if the diet isnt on point...forget about the rest
I haven't been doing a whole lot of supplements. Just the basics; whey, creatine, and preworkout when I need. And I tried to do very low carb, but then I don't have energy to get a good lift in, even with preworkout. So the past week, I've just been watching my portions and little to no junk food.

With doing low carbs, how high are your fats right now? Just curious.
Do you have an actual meal plan you're following? Or just winging it. The more info when it comes to eating you can share, the better advice you'll probably get
"Ask yourself this: if everyone else is training once per week, what are you doing that's so different that you would expect to get better results than anybody else? You might have good genetics, be tough enough and disciplined enough to train hard... but so are a lot of people." - BOSS
"I think I must be overtraining"... no, you're just a pussy - Machine

I have just been winging it. Only thing I have focused on is keeping my carb count low.
Should I focus on counting macros? Or just eat low carb, high fat and high protein?
Well counting your macros is what lets you know where your pro.fat.carbs are at. A lot of times if your carbs are actually low (when I was younger, I would think I was doing low carb but once I added everything up, I really wasn't), you need the extra fats/protein to make up the caloric difference so you're not having a sluggish workout and work day and etc. It differs for every person, but usually setting up a good baseline helps a lot. Just making up hypothetical numbers here without knowing your weight/bf/etc-- 200g protein, 200g carbs, 40g fats. And see how you respond with fat loss and slowly adjust from there (again, just made up some numbers). That way you can let your diet work for you with fat loss instead of just adding cardio after cardio after cardio. I'd much rather do 30mins in the morning, than a hour 2x a day or something. You can only add so much cardio and you can only take away so many calories, so it's better IMO to have a slower, gradual fat loss so you're not just killing yourself and starving

By Winging your diet there is no consistency with your caloric intake.
Anyone can say they eat "Low Carb" But for some people that may be 100g of carbs, 200g of carbs, or 300g of carbs.
What you need to do is figure out what your caloric intake is.
Keep your intake as high as possible while trying to lose weight and focus on meeting protein protein and fat intake first and then disperse the rest to carbs. If you tolerate a higher fat diet then do so, if you tolerate carbs well don't neglect them. once protein and fat minimums are met Carbs are protein sparing and provide glucose (the bodys energy source).
Keep cardio as low as possible, kcals as high as possible whicih allows for you to make tons of flexibility when you do stall and can't see progress moving at all.
Tank your calories out of the gate, and then when you have to make moves you don't have much room to change calories or cardio because you are already very low.
The best thing to do remember is that diet is key.. You won't lose weight unless you are consistent and keeping on track with your dietary needs.
Focus on getting at least 1g of protein/lb and at least 20% of your diet from fats. Then you can adjust the % of fats and carbs to SUIT YOUR BODY.
What works for you. All the info you get here is for the most part pretty darn good. However you are 18 years old and if you're like most 18 year olds your metabolic rate is through the roof and your pretty much burning every calorie you're ingesting. Plus you're engaged in a pretty demanding athletic activity WRESTLING! Key points:
Stay hydrated...water water water
Feed the machine...whole foods no white refined anything!
Train smart...consistent,progressive,controlled
Adequate recovery time... rest when you need it, and you'll need it
Nutrient timing (pre/post)... vitamins, protein supplements pre workout meals post workout meals

These things are called "supplements" for a reason. They are intended to supplement and therefore enhance an already working plan of nutrition and training.
If you donīt have a car, there is no point in buying a set of chrome rims.

Yes, if isn't your diet and training, cardio, everything on check, supplement's benefit will be minimum. Cuts is really good choice to melt fat. When cutting i always use cuts. I feel that my fat is burning every workout, every cardio, even every minutes. Best fatburner on the market.

That was my first foray into taking any weight loss/fat burning supplements. I was hoping that it would help me lose around 10 lbs to make weight for a meet while keeping everything else equal - turns out that's not how it works at all! Thankfully I had started taking it several weeks ahead of time, and was able to cut the weight by lowering carbs and doing a basic water cut. Lesson learned on that one, for sure.

Thatīs how you improve your game. Experiment, evaluate and thereby educate yourself.
