Since I've recently completed the journey through Ox's Iron Intelligence, I feel inclined to leave a little review.
First off, the structure of this program is outstanding. My body never felt run down and I was always primed and ready to fire when the next training session arose. The gradual increase in volume was excellent and intensity remained high throughout the program.
Below are some of my numbers that I increased on over the last 12 weeks, many PR's set throughout this program.
Squats--Started at 275lbs for 8 reps////Concluded at 315lbs for 8 reps (+40lbs)
Leg Press--Started at 630lbs for 10 reps////Concluded at 700lbs for 12 reps and 630lbs for 20 reps (+70lbs and +10 reps)
Deadlifts (I've enjoyed deads more than any other exercise in this program)--Started at 315lbs for 8 reps////Concluded at 385lbs for 7 reps (+70lbs)
Bench Press (love to hate it)--Started at 185lbs for 6 reps////Concluded at 195lbs for 10 reps (+10lbs and 4 reps)
Shoulder Press--Started at 140lbs for 8 reps////Concluded at 170lbs for 10 reps (+30lbs and 2 reps)
