Hey fellas! I'm starting this supp plan in the next week and it would be great to have your reviews and opinions. I'm 190lbs, 6.16ft, 31 years. My goal is to gain lean mass but developing at the same time my general physical condition.
Basically it will be the following:
Animal Nitro just after wake up
Cardio for 40 minutes and 20 to 30 minutes of HIIT
Animal Mass - 2x scoops
Conditioning training
4x pills MHP A-Bomb
Breakfast with 1x CLA pill, 1x Livdetox pill, 1x Animal Pak
Animal Mass - 2x scoops
Animal Mass - 2x scoops + 1x Animal Flex
Lunch (200g of tuna, whole grain pasta, salad and 250g of broccoli) with 1x CLA pill, 1x Livdetox pill, 1x Animal Test
Animal Mass - 2x scoops
Other meal (whole grain pasta and turkey or chicken)
1x Animal Stak
Classic BB workout
Universal Torrent - 3x scoops + 1x scoop Carbo Plus
4x pills MHP A-Bomb
Dinner (10 egg whites with turkey ham, a bit of pasta, salad and 250g of broccoli) with 1x CLA pill, 1x Livdetox, 1x Animal Pak
Universal Casein Pro - 1x scoop
1x Animal PM + 2x pills Universal ZMA (or should I make 3?)
I don't think I need to add glutamin or EFA's because I'm not in a low calories diet and I'll get plenty of all the food and supps. Still, do you have any recommendation?
