HIGA MONSTER training at "Beyond Limits" Friday night

FYI,
After Day 1 of the Arnold Expo, I am headed to "Beyond Limits Training" to workout.

Even though I'm lifting in The Cage on Sunday, I still have to stick to my training program for the "USAPL Oregon State Championship" that I'm competing in on April 1st.
If anyone wants to join me, I will probably be there before 6pm. The gym closes at midnight anyway for the downtown location.

As far as training costs, I talked with Rich at Beyond Limits and he is running an Arnold weekend special....

$15 for a day pass
$30 for a weekend pass
$40 for 24hr key pass

Now remember, if you are training at the ABC at Powerhouse (old Metrofitness) on Saturday, you aren't going to need that Saturday pass... ;-)
