Looks like most likely in about 9 weeks I'll be headed back to Moscow to compete at the WRPF European Championships. I'm mainly focusing on hitting a PR bench and not really concerning myself with bodyweight or squats and deads at this point.
I've been training bench since about 9 weeks ago, which was 3 weeks post-op. For those who don't know, I had my right quad tendon surgically reattached to the kneecap and have basically completed a full healing process and will begin basic strengthening now.
Anyway, I'd been benching only with the feet up, and just for reps to hit some nice benching in Animal Cage, where I initially planned on just repping 405 with the feet up, but then hit singles up to 545 and then 405x11 after.
I did that only focusing on high reps--the heaviest workout was at 419 lbs.
Now I'm switching to more of a focus on lower reps so I'll post the workouts here as they happen.

Not for this meet but for 2017-18 my biggest goal is getting my bench up to 600, so this is supposed to be one more step in that direction.
