Hey Guys,
Been meaning to ask.. I'm a few years over 40, train intense 5 days a week (though not heavy like used too), 6 foot & hover around 200 lbs (not looking to bulk up/comfortable at my weight).. Wanted a recommendation about which AnimalPak supplement best suits the over 40 serious lifter.. Does it matter? I know a man's body & nutritional needs changes around this age.. Its not the same as the 20s or even 30s..
Any advice?
