      Road to 700 deadlift

      Hello everyone, I'm currently in off season for powerlifting and I wanted to know some training some of yall do, any supplements I should be taking, any advice will help I have till February on 2018 to acomplish this goal. This is my second year powerlifting and I've increased my deadlift from 325 to 540 what it is now in a course of one year while maintaining the same weight.

      Current stats are
      17 year old
      5'7
      132 lbs
      Deadlift max is 540×1

      Increase deadlift at least 160 lbs at 17 years old while maintaining the same bodyweight at 132...

      My first suggestion is to reconsider maintaining the same bodyweight.

      I completely agree.

      At seventeen, just focus on getting stronger and let your bodyweight go to where it wants to go. Why hold back growth when your body is at an age that wants to grow and adapt more than any other time ahead in your future.
      How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?

      You risk tears if you let yourself be tamed.

      Amazing strength at your age and weight. I have almost 80 pounds on you and were at the same weight for deadlift.
