Hello guys

I'm cutting my belly fat but unfortunately i haven't lost anything yet even with diet changes.

So far i've reduced my carb intake and increased my fat intake while also increasing my cardio.

I'm training 3x per week, full body workouts, along with mountain biking 2 or 3x weekly.

Here is my diet:

Breakfast

3 whole eggs
1 can of tuna

Workout an hour later.

Post workout shake with 100grs oats and one scoop of whey

Lunch

Meat or fish
100-150grs basmati rice
Banana
Clementine or pear

Afternoon snack

100grs chicken
50grs of walnuts

Dinner

100-150grs chicken or fish
Carrots and brocolli/green beans
Salad with lettuce, tomato and 50grs mozzarella

Night snack

50grs walnuts
100grs greek yoghurt with 50grs casein


Should i change my diet somewhere or reduce calories more?
