Great stuff. Just keep in mind that in order for it to actually be of full benefit it should be unpasteurized. Any pasteurization will kill the microbial benefits.

Meaning, only the one that says "with mother" is the right one. Correct?
Thinking about this.
Does that mean heating cider vinegar up will also wipe out its benefits? It should, I guess.

Raw and unfiltered is what you're looking for. The "with mother" one is correct.
*I mix it with ice cold water, some lemon juice and add liquid stevia. Makes it very sweet and easy to guzzle down. The lemon flavor helps remove much of the harsh taste of the cider vinegar BUT requires the liquid stevia or it will be far too sour.

Yes. Thanks for confirming.
Thatīs the one I have been using for the past 4 years.
Would I still get the benefits if I just added it to the juice I make?
4 cups worth of Kale
1-2 mini cucumbers
2 carrots
1 Beet
1 small green apple
Small chunk of ginger
Juice of a lemon
I'd imagine the taste would barely be noticeable in there, but would it still provide the full (if not, most) benefit? My stomach is a mess, so anything that could help with digestion is worth a shot to me.

Never thought of putting a stevia packet in it. That is a good idea!
That might work, but I prefer to use the liquid stevia as it blends much better and doesn't sink to the bottom. It's not overly expensive and you can get it at Whole Foods and it'll last you a year because you only need two or three drops.

Can't see how this wouldn't be a good idea. In the end, the ACV is still getting into your system. So it should be fine.
Jersey Animals
"In the end, we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn, only to be washed away. For the time that I've been given, I am what I am."
Lol, it's not. I use an Omega low RPM juicer, so the fiber is all removed. I have no stomach discomfort whatsoever from this. Honestly, it only ends up being a cup and some change of juice.
Has anyone actually tried this? I can't really find anything that proves it works or doesn't, so I was just curious if any of you have used this and had any results from it?
Apple Cider Vinegar helps in treating kidney stones. My uncle was diagnosed with kidney stones. He consult to a doctor and the doctor suggest him to have apple cider vinegar. ACV is acidic and helps break down the hard tissues that form kidney stones. If the stones are small, ACV helps to flush them out of the body during urination. The larger stones get dissolved over a period of time if you consume ACV regularly. so it depends how small or big the stones are. My uncle started talking it regular , because he had big stone and it really works.
Apple Cider Vinegar for Kidney Stones is really workable. Not only these I read one article which explain in brief the ample benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. You can also try it for the health benefits.

We donīt even have any sweetner powders over here in Germany. Liquids only.
The most popular one is Sacharin-Sodium.
