Apple Cider Vinegar helps in treating kidney stones. My uncle was diagnosed with kidney stones. He consult to a doctor and the doctor suggest him to have apple cider vinegar. ACV is acidic and helps break down the hard tissues that form kidney stones. If the stones are small, ACV helps to flush them out of the body during urination. The larger stones get dissolved over a period of time if you consume ACV regularly. so it depends how small or big the stones are. My uncle started talking it regular , because he had big stone and it really works.
Apple Cider Vinegar for Kidney Stones is really workable. Not only these I read one article which explain in brief the ample benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. You can also try it for the health benefits.

Haven't been taking it lately, but I've done it over a long period of time in the past. I used it for digestion/gut and any other benefits would be icing on the cake. I did feel it aided in some fat loss, felt it helped breakdown my food easier. Could have been mental, who knows. I used to take it first thing in the morning and tried to get it in after any big meal, usually dinner. Then I'd take it before bed. I like to mix a shot in with about 8-10 oz. of water to help curb the bite. Personally I tasted more of the apple side of it and didn't mind the overall taste - my girl takes a sniff of the stuff from across the room and wants to puke. I have two bottles in the fridge now I'm actually going to start up with it again.
I guess to each there own. What can I say about apple cider vinegar? Not a damn thing! I put it right there with wheat germ and belt massagers. This shit isn't new boys and girls. We are so vastly different from each other that what may have a profound effect on one may do absolutely nothing for another. Bottom line understand you! Each of us are unique in design. Adhere to sound, proven nutritional standards and then tweek them to your specific needs. Then and only then can you determine if a certain food or supplement is going to be a game changer for you. Trust me doing this shit for well over 40 years has made me quite cynical.
I have just undergone an involuntary experiment.
I am a strong believer in apple cider vinegar. Indigestion, heart burn, constipation... I have almost none of those issues when I regulary add a swig of the stuff to my meals.
This past week I have been in the States for Animalpak shooting video, photos and an ABC event on Long Island.
The first 3 days I didnīt have any apple cider vinegar and I kept feeling worse and worse in my gut area as time progressed. I picked some up, immediately started my regular intake (with a little front load) and 36 hours later my everything went as smooth as ever.
Thatīs all the proof I need for myself. Love it. Will never go without it.
You might have some bigger fish to fry there kemosabe...

Sounds like your intestinal flora is jacked up. ACV is just a band aid, could be masking bigger issues.

Of course it is.
The human body is not designed to digest the amount of food it takes to gain or even just sustain a pro level bodybuilderīs amount of muscle.
We all have those issues.

Scientific jargon/studies aside .... if real world experimentation shows that it works for you, then thats all that matters.

I've just started using apple cider vinegar and I like it so far. How much are you taking at a time and per day?

I take large swig straight out of the bottle before every meal. Thatīs 7 times a day.
If I have a salad with one of those meals I put it on that instead or drinking it.

Monitor your teeth! ACV is super acidic and can eat away at teeth enamel which will eventually cause a multitude of problems. Most mix with water for this reason.
That might work, but I prefer to use the liquid stevia as it blends much better and doesn't sink to the bottom. It's not overly expensive and you can get it at Whole Foods and it'll last you a year because you only need two or three drops.
I did not even know they made liquid stevia. I am so out of the artificial sweetener world! Amazing!
