      Advice

      Hey!

I have just switched to Animal/Universal Supplements, currently taking Pak with breakfast / Omega with lunch / Pump before workout / torrent after workout / flex with dinner.

I have just invested in Cuts and Uni-Liver after hearing nothing but good things. Anyone able to give advice on the best times to work these two new supplements into my regime? I currently train in the afternoon.

      Thanks in advance!

What time in the afternoon are you training? I've always taken my first serving of cuts in the am, before breakfast. Me personally, I take my second serving later in the day, around lunch time because I train after work most days
As far as uni-liver, you can take it with every meal. Each meal I have a day I take 2 uni-liver or beef aminos and some digestive enzymes. It's one of those products you just take. No cycling involved or specific timing regarding workout/sleep

Cuts upon waking and 6-8 hours later (which would be your pre-workout) stack it with pump
      Uni-Liver dose with meals.

Around 15:30. Thanks for the advice. My other question which I forgot to post was: Is it safe to take that many pills?

I don't have a scientific answer for you, I'm sorry, but I can speak on experience from myself and a lot of the guys I've known over the years in here. To address your question/worry, I completely get it. If you take even the foundational packs, which typically are Pak, Omega & Flex. Nitro & PM if it's in the budget. Then add in any of the specialties such as stak, cuts, pump, w/e. And that's just on the Animal side not even including what you're taking from the Universal side of the family. It can add up to a fuck ton of pills every day, easily 50 or more. I've yet to have any effects in the 8 years I've been taking Animal/U supps. I'd personally rather take 9 pills for my daily multi than a "1 pill a day" type of vitamin because it just doesn't make sense to me, digestiabilty speaking.

Right on point Hooker! When it comes to the packs, don't think of it as a lot of pills, take the pack as 1. Your body will thank you for it instead of the regular 1 pill multivitamin. I find my body uses it way easier when separated than in 1 pill form. Same with all the other packs... At some point in preps, I have user 2 packs of pak, 2 packs of cuts, and a hand full of other packs in one day with no issues what so ever.
