Hey everyone,

I'm trying to cut fat as much as possible but retain the muscle mass that I have gained over the past 5 months. I've not really had any experience with this before but want to cut as much as possible then start bulking again.

Right now my current stats are:

Weight: 230 with 25% body fat
Height: 6'
Age: 26 yrs

I have been lurking here for awhile but saw a thread about cutting with the keto diet so I have started to try it.

I'm weight training 5x per week, along with running 2 or 3 times a week.

Here is my diet:

Breakfast

6 whole eggs

Snack:
3 scoops whey isolate, 60g protein
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Lunch

6oz Chicken or tilapia
2 cups green salad with 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup raw almonds

Afternoon snack

3 scoops whey isolate
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

WORKOUT

Dinner

6 oz chicken or fish
2 cups green salad

Night snack (before bed)

1/2 cup cottage cheese


Supplements taken:
2 1200mg fish oil capsules right when I wake up
2 500 mg glutamine tablets
2 packs of Animal Cuts, one right after I wake up and one 45 mins after I eat lunch
Preworkout - 5g micronized creatine, 5g ON Amino Energy
Post workout I eat dinner
