Hey everyone, I posted this in my log but I figured I'd post it up here as well. I normally pull sumo, but I'm going to a phase of building my conventional pull. It's been a while since I've pulled conventional to say the least. Now I recently tore my hamstring (not to badly)... last week actually, but besides that I just know that something is wrong with my pull it feels extremely forced and unnatural. And I feel that I'm putting way to much strain on my lower back. I posted two videos to YouTube if someone could check it out and maybe spot something/help me out here. Thanks guys.
