i been taking pm now over for a week and been very satisfied with my rest/sleep and wake up feeling great. due to working late sometimes plus the gym rush, i lift between 8-9:30pm then head home. i take aminos intra and post then eat solid meal about an hour later. what my concern is taking pm an hour afterwards when i still have a full stomach- am i not getting the benefits of the pm formula taking it on a full stomach? or maybe a better question is how long after eating is it optimal to take pm??
