I apologize if this is in the wrong place, or has been answered. This is also probably a dumb question. Sorry again.
I'm 6'3. 250lbs ish, on average. I measured my BMI with a hand held machine. It said I'm at 21.7%, 31.2lbs of fat. I was just wondering. Do I base my calories of my lean weight? Subtract the 31.2lbs and then use the amount of calories for that weight? Not sure how to word the question.
I don't really have a goal. Just want to gain size and strength. I don't realt care about abs. Just don't want love handles.
