Hey brothers. Got a question for you all... first off, ive squatted without wraps all my life, only just recently started experimenting with EliteFts Heavy wraps but i cant say ive used them enough to answer this question on my own.

How much can someone reasonably expect to get out of a good wrap? Assuming everything else is on point, how much of a difference in 1rm strength would they make?

The reason I ask is that in 7 weeks I'll be competing, and hoping to qualify for the XPC finals at next years Arnold @198lbs. They dont have a seperate qualification for wrapped vs unwrapped, and the qualifying total is 1695 for my class. I'm fairly confident I can hit that total if my meet prep goes perfect, but if wraps can bring my estimated 575lb squat up a decent amount I'd probably feel a little more at ease lol.
