This is an amazing diet and it puts to bed that long odd myth, of needing protein e everyday, with ever meal. Let me explain the Rice Diet.
This diet last for 5 days. Thats how ling you do it for. What your gonna do is your gonna is instead of eating your normal meals, your gonna eat a boil of rice instead. 1-2 cups for each meal, say for 6-7 times a day. Your not gonna eat anything else with that rice. Yeah, you can throw some off your favourite sauce on top. No problem by definitely no protein. Now on your last meal your gonna add some protein. Dont go crazy hou dont need to add the 300 grms you've missed throughout the day, just add say, 60-100 grms, which is normally a meal amount. Now, you sleep. You don't my start snaking on rice cakes. The only thing you should be eating for those 5 days, other than with your last meal when you add the protien, is your 6-7 bowls of rice. That's you should eating around 10 cups of rice day.
Now you do this for days and guarantee you that you will not lose 1 pound of muscle. Your body actually works better. When your bombarding it with 8 meals of protein it causes massive strain on it. Your kindness for example. Your body is straining to break down the protein in meal and before it has time to process it, (which is the most important stage, that's why where chewing it in the first place,) your eating meal 2. It hasn't even digested meal 1. Let me tell what happens to meal 3,4,5,6,7... They do not get processed there counted as wastevyour body signals overload and it ends up in the toilet. It's true think about. You should know your digestion. That's the most important thing a Pro bodybuilder will pay attention to. Hence why they will then select certains proteins for certain times of the day. Same with carb, one day they might swop there rice and replace it with a salad. Odd are they were struggling to digest they oppted for something lighter. It's not so much that they choose certain food for the physical activity like carbing up for training. It's more that they have to select these foods by going on there digestive system at that time.
But back to the Rice Diet. Hers what your gonna. Your body is going go look much more fuller, yoyr muscles are going to look more rounder. Obviously your energy is going to be through the roof because you been carving up all dayh, for 1-5 days. Your strength will double easily. Your body fat will drop. How? You say I've been eating a shot load of cars
True. But that calories from those cars is nothing. There not even worth counting trust me. You will not get hugry. "How you say again. Isn't it protein that keeps ou full?" You eat 10-15 cups of rice and tell me if your not full.
