If you could only train 3 days a week what would u do exercise wise? Iam trying to lean out and and thinking of just benching/squatting/deadlifting. Do one exercise a day. So perhaps 10-12 sets of just bench on one day and then a couple of days later just do the same with squats and then a few days later doing the same with deadlifts. Maybe one day a week hitting some supporting exercises. Any suggestions?
