So my Q is I normally do my fasted cardio in the am first thing on my days off.but on my 2 week hitch at work it's hard to get to the gym twice so should I get all my meals in try to go after work sleep then get up and lift ..or can I just do it after my work outs? On a empty stomach?......I work 12 1/2 hr days and a 40 min drive back to the hotel just for info lol
